Questions
The Tanita scales are available for use anytime during the gym opening hours. If it’s the first time using the system, we recommend booking a Plan Review with one of our fitness team to get the most out of your results and they will show you how to use both the TANITA scales and the TG Check Up.
A standard Tanita body composition scan takes less than 5 minutes. If you’re booked in for a full Check-Up and Plan Review, allow around 30–45 minutes to discuss your results and goals with a member of our team.
Wear comfortable gym clothing and remove shoes and socks for accurate measurements when using scales.
We suggest reviewing your progress every 6–8 weeks, but it depends on your goals. Your gym instructor can help schedule regular check-ins to keep your plan up to date and keep you motivated.
