- Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
- Please clean up any mess your dog makes.
- Please move your dog away from any barking arguments or disagreements.
- Changing rooms and showers are available for owners only. Dogs are not permitted in the changing rooms or on the walkway in front of the changing village.
- Dogs must be hosed down as they leave the pool.
- Sessions last 45 minutes, including a 30-minute swim and 15-minute hose down.
- No refunds will be provided if your dog does not enjoy the pool or chooses not to enter the water.
Health, feeding and preparation guidance
- Brush your dog before arriving at the pool.
- Feed your dog more than two hours before the swim and wait at least one hour after swimming before feeding them again.
- Make sure your dog has been to the toilet before your session.
- Before booking, make sure your dog is fit and healthy enough to swim and does not have an injury or condition that swimming could make worse.
- Take it slowly if your dog is unsure of the water. Do not force a timid dog to enter; focus on making the visit a positive experience.
- Monitor your dog throughout the session and recognise when it is time to stop.
- Be aware of the risks associated with over-swimming and water intoxication. Keep a close eye on your dog and familiarise yourself with the warning signs.
